MARU supplies the essential LPG accessories that complete our storage and transport solutions.
These components are not marketed as a separate catalog; they are selected, integrated and commissioned as part of our
LPG Storage Tanks, Skid Systems,
Semitrailers and Bobtail Tanks.
The result is safe, efficient and compatible operation from day one.

Valves

We integrate high-quality LPG valves for service, safety and control. Typical types include:

• Ball Valves (on/off, drain, bypass)
• Safety Relief Valves (pressure protection)
• Excess Flow Valves (line break protection)

• Globe & Gate Valves (isolation & throttling)

Sizing, pressure class and connections are matched to the project. Selection and setting values are verified during FAT/SAT.

Flanges, Fittings & Strainers

A complete range of LPG-rated flanges, butt-weld fittings, threaded fittings and
Y-type strainers is supplied to suit storage depots, filling plants and mobile equipment piping.

• Connections: threaded, socket-weld, butt-weld; raised face or flat face flanges
• Materials: carbon steel for LPG service; stainless on request
• Strainers: mesh sizes and differential pressure allowance selected per pump/compressor data

Level Gauges & Measurement

For precise monitoring and operations, we provide mechanical float gauges, magnetic dial indicators,
and electronic transmitters compatible with PLC/SCADA. Options include:

• Local dial indication for quick visual checks
• 4–20 mA / digital outputs for remote monitoring and alarms
• Calibration and scale plates set to LPG density and tank geometry

Gas Detectors & Automation Components

We integrate fixed LPG gas detectors, alarm panels and interface modules into skid systems, filling lines and storage areas.
Placement, set-points and interlocks are defined during engineering to support facility safety philosophy.
